The method comprises the following steps of conducting setting out and composing, and conducting composing on wall building blocks according to the clear height; conducting cleaning, surveying and setting out; anchoring core columns, jambs on doors or windows and horizontal straining beam reinforcing steel bars; pouring concrete into a base; constructing building blocks; conducting secondary structure concrete construction; processing water and electric tubes.
