Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a fly ash aluminium-based composite material with high fatigue strength, which comprises the following raw materials by weight part: 3-5 parts of glass fibre, 8-11 parts of barium sulfate, 5-25 parts of fly ash microsphere, 65-85 parts of aluminium magnesium alloy powder, 4-6 parts of lithium powder, 4-6 parts of copper powder, 0.5-1.1 parts of polyvinyl alcohol and a proper amount of distilled water. The added glass fibre has the characteristics of good insulating property, high heat resistance, good corrosivity resistance and high mechanical strength, and the added barium sulfate provides the characteristics of good luster, scratch resistance and corrosion resistance of the composite material. The composite material has the advantages of simple technology, less energy consumption, little pollution and low preparation cost. |
