Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a dezincification corrosion resistance brass for casting, wherein the brass contains the following components by the weight percentage: 62-63% of copper, 1.2-1.6% of lead, 0.5-0.7% of aluminum, 0.08-0.15% of arsenic, and the balance zinc, wherein the sum of the weight percentages of all the components is 100%. A manufacturing method of the dezincification corrosion resistance brass for casting comprises the steps: preparing and producing a copper ingot material according to the components, carrying out 480-530 DEG C heat-preservation heat treatment on the copper ingot material for 2-5 hours, and then air-cooling or wind-cooling with the cooling rate of 3-8 DEG C/s; and melting the copper ingot material, and pouring to produce a casting product; and carrying out 480-530 DEG C heat-preservation heat treatment on the casting product for 2-5 hours, and then air-cooling or wind-cooling with the cooling rate of 3-8 DEG C/s. The manufactured brass is reasonable and precise in chemical composition ratio and clear and effective in heat treatment process, thereby ensuring that the brass material and the product thereof have excellent dezincification corrosion resistance; and in addition, the alloy composition design also makes the brass have good casting properties.
