Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a fly ash aluminium-based composite material with good lubrication processing performance, which comprises the following raw materials by weight part: 6-8 parts of graphite, 5-7 parts of titanium dioxide, 5-25 parts of fly ash microsphere, 65-85 parts of aluminium magnesium alloy powder, 4-6 parts of lithium powder, 4-6 parts of copper powder, 0.5-1.1 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, and a proper amount of distilled water. According to the invention, problems of poor dispersibility of a reinforcement and an aluminium-based matrix as well as poor wetability, the added graphite enhances the hardness, intensity and processing lubricity of the composite material, the added titanium dioxide can enhance the hardness of the composite material, and the lucidus appearance of the composite material can be improved. |
