Modified urea resin adhesive and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a production method for modifying the urea resin adhesive by taking furfuryl alcohol and anilmomethyl triethoxy silane as modifiers. The major raw materials of the modified urea resin adhesive include formaldehyde, urea, furfuryl alcohol and anilmomethyl triethoxy silane; the formaldehyde is added at a time, the urea is added at three times, and a filler bark powder is added at a reaction later stage; the production method of the modified urea resin is divided into three stages, namely a reaction initial stage, a reaction middle stage and the reaction later stage; the amount of the urea added at each stage is different and the reaction temperatures are also different; due to the process, the gelation phenomenon in the polymerization process is avoided; the obtained urea resin is narrow in molecular weight distribution and low in formaldehyde residue.
