Method for preparing anthocyanin standard substance

The method comprises the following steps of carrying out extraction on red fresh petals (or dry petals) of camellia by an acidic ethanol aqueous solution at a room temperature for 12-14h, filtering the extract, then carrying out pressure reduction condensation, and based on acidic edible alcohol and water as mobile phases, carrying out column chromatography treatment orderly by macroporous resin, gel and ODS as filling materials so that 19 anthocyanin monomers are separated. The method can extract and separate more anthocyanin monomers from petals of other plants. Through combination with a crystallization technology, the method has better effects of separating water-insoluble polyphenol monomers from leaves or petals. The anthocyanin monomer prepared by the method has high purity and good stability, can be used as a standard substance and can be used in fields of medicine, health products, cosmetics, foods, bioengineering and chemical engineering.
