| Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for extracting a-arbutin from fermentation liquor based on membrane separation technology. The method comprises the following steps: (1) microfiltering fermentation liquor; (2) adsorbing and desorbing microfiltrate; (3) concentrating and decolorating desorbed solution; and (4) concentrating and catalyzing the decolorated solution. The ceramic membrane separation technology is applied into the pretreatment of the a-arbutin fermentation liquor, and the method is simple and convenient to operate, high in safety coefficient, low in production cost, high in yield and good in purity and quality compared with the method of flocculating and extracting arbutin in the fermentation liquor with alcohol. |
