Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a man-machine parallel electric brake booster system and a control method thereof. The system comprises a pedal push rod driven by a brake pedal, a boosting plunger piston used for bearing the brake boosting force or the pedal push rod pushing force, a displacement sensor which is installed on the boosting plunger piston and used for detecting the relative displacement of the pedal push rod and the boosting plunger piston, a piston push rod which is fixedly connected with the boosting plunger piston and used for driving a first brake piston, a boosting motor which is connected to one end of the piston push rod and used for increasing or decreasing the boosting force, the first brake piston which is connected to the other end of the piston push rod and contained in a brake master cylinder and a controller which controls the boosting motor according to the detection results of the displacement sensor to change the pressure in the brake master cylinder to perform brake. According to the man-machine parallel electric brake booster system and the control method thereof, the boosting motor is controlled through the detection results of the displacement sensor to change the pressure of the brake master cylinder, and the advantages of being fast in response, simple in structure and the like are achieved. |
