Quick ink color control method for digital printing machine and control system thereof

The invention provides a quick ink color control method for a digital printing machine and a control system thereof. The control method comprises the steps of acquiring fabric floral designs formed after an ink jetting device performs ink jetting in real time, sampling the acquired fabric floral designs to obtain sampled data, receiving the sampled data, reconstructing the fabric floral designs according to the sampled data, comparing the reconstructed fabric floral designs with a pre-stored fabric floral design template to form a comparison error, adopting a closed-loop automatic control method to adjust the color of ink jet by the ink jetting device according to the comparison error, and decreasing the comparison error of the fabric floral designs formed after the ink jetting device performs ink jetting and the pre-stored fabric floral design template. By means of the quick ink color control method for the digital printing machine and the control system, the printing speed of the digital printing machine can be remarkably improved, meanwhile the closed-loop automatic control method is adopted to enable the fabric floral designs printed by the printing machine to have higher accuracy, the production efficiency of the printing machine is greatly improved, and energy is saved.
