Composite mortar blasting and spraying device for multi-wire sawing machine

A composite mortar blasting and spraying device for a multi-wire sawing machine is composed of a sand spraying mechanism and a sand blasting mechanism. The sand spraying device comprises a row of sand spraying pipes arranged at the upper portion of a steel wire, and the sand spraying pipes spray sand to the steel wire from top to bottom. The sand blasting mechanism is located at the lower portion of the steel wire. The sand blasting mechanism is used for blasting sand to the steel wire from bottom to top. The sand blasting mechanism comprises two sets of symmetrically-arranged sand blasting assemblies located on the left side and the right side of a cut blank respectively. Complete coverage and even mortar blasting can be achieved through the combined action of the sand spraying mechanism and the sand blasting mechanism, the mortar carried in the steel wire is even and sufficient, the steel wire is evenly cooled by the mortar in the cutting process, the phenomenon that part of a cutting area is heated is effectively eliminated, the cutting precision and the cutting efficiency are improved, and the service life of the steel wire is prolonged.
