Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a manual welding method for corrosion resisting steel of an oil cargo tank of a crude oil carrier. The method is characterized in that a corrosion resisting steel plate is welded in a transverse position and a vertical position; a groove in the transverse position is welded by an asymmetric double-surface V-shaped groove manner; the groove in the vertical position is welded by a symmetric double-surface V-shaped groove manner; when in welding, a welding rod is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 0.04 to 0.06% of C, 0.2 to 0.3% of Si, 1.0 to 2.0% of Mn, 0.65 to 1.0% of the mixture of Ni, Cu, Cr and Mo, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. With the adoption of the welding method, the tension strength of a welding joint can be more than 490MPa; the impact toughness of the welding joint under -20 DEG C can be more than 34J; in addition, a weld joint is outstanding in corrosion resistance.
