Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method used for dividing hybrid rice parent advantage groups with indica rice and japonica rice specific SSR molecule markers. According to the method, 24 pairs of indica rice and japonica rice specific molecule markers are used for dividing hybrid rice parents; applications on hybrid rice are capable of increasing breeding efficiency, and avoiding blind pairing. Distinguished utilization is carried out based on corresponding groups; blind utilization in hybridization pairing is avoided; an analysis platform is provided for introduction and breeding material identification in the future; and breeding efficiency is increased.
