Zusammenfassung: | Provided is a brushless synchronous commutating DC hub motor. A main shaft is fixed, a casing rotates, the motor is limited by the rotating speed, the efficiency of the motor increase with the speed when the mechanical performance is allowed, and the motor is characterized by stable operation, low noise and convenient assembly. Electric synchronizing rings of the motor move along the circumference of commutators to commutate current, and continue to drive the rotor to rotated in the same direction. Insulating rings are sleeved by bearings in end caps, the synchronizing rings are tangent with the commutators and in rolling cooperation with the commutators to realize synchronous commutation. Flexible universal rings are arranged between the synchronizing rings and the insulating rings, and commutation sheets make good contact with the synchronizing rings. Thus, the resistance is low, sparks are few, wearing is low, and the motor is not limited by the rotating speed; and the main shaft is stationary relative to a winding, an electric field is not influenced, adverse back electromotive force is not generated, and the efficiency of the motor is high. |
