Electric power safety management method and system taking terminal as portable type manager

The invention relates to the technical field of automation of a distribution network, in particular to an electric power safety management method and system taking a terminal as a portable type manager. The method comprises the following steps: 1, arranging a sensor capable of acquiring information of the cabinet in an electric power cabinet; 2, transmitting the information acquired by the sensor to a power grid information acquisition unit; 3, transmitting the information of the electric power cabinet to a general server by the power grid information acquisition unit; 4, transmitting identified electric power cabinet identity information to the general server by the portable type manager, and downloading the information of the electric power cabinet from the general server; and 5, referring synchronous information of the general server in the portable type manager by an operator so as to realize checking, overhauling and operation of the electric power cabinet. The system comprises an electric power cabinet parameter acquisition device, the power grid information acquisition unit, the general server and the portable type manager which are sequentially arranged in a wired or wireless manner. By the aid of the electric power safety management method and system, the operator can obtain data information of the electric power cabinet in real time and the operator can safely operate the electric power cabinet.
