Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a touch panel and a touch screen. The touch panel comprises a transparent substrate, a plurality of connecting lines, a plurality of electrodes, a patterned insulating layer and a plurality of electrode strips. The connecting lines and the electrodes are disposed on the transparent substrate. Each connecting line is electrically connected with any two adjacent electrodes arranged in a first direction. Each connecting line comprises a middle portion and end portions arranged on two sides of the middle portion. The patterned insulating layer is disposed on the transparent substrate and the middle portions of the connecting lines and is provided with a plurality of openings. The end portions of each connecting line are exposed from the two corresponding adjacent openings, respectively. The electrodes are disposed on the transparent substrate in the openings respectively and are electrically connected with the end portions of the adjacent connecting lines. The electrode strips are disposed on the patterned insulating layer and extend in a second direction different from the first direction. Therefore, a difference of reflectivities of light entering the touch panel can be reduced, and visibility of a touch component can be reduced.
