The invention discloses a multifunctional notebook computer heat radiation frame. The multifunctional notebook computer heat radiation frame comprises a heat radiation frame, a computer support, a 12v rechargeable battery, a button switch I, a semiconductor refrigeration block, a heat radiation fan, a button switch II, an LED (Light Emitting Diode) lamp and an iron box, wherein the heat radiation frame is a porous bracket formed by welding aluminum alloy metal strips; the computer support is welded at the lower middle part of the whole structure of the heat radiation frame by the aluminum alloy metal strips; the semiconductor refrigeration block and the heat radiation fan are fixed in the iron box; an air outlet is formed in the top surface of the iron box; the semiconductor refrigeration block is fixed at the air outlet of the iron box; the heat radiation fan is fixed at the lower part of the semiconductor refrigeration block in the iron box; the 12v rechargeable battery is electrically connected with the button switch I, the semiconductor refrigeration block and the heat radiation fan; the button switch II is connected with the 12v rechargeable battery; the button switch II is electrically connected with the LED lamp. A more efficient heat radiation scheme is provided for a notebook computer and the multifunctional notebook computer heat radiation frame can be used for illuminating in a dark place.
