Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an efficient gel filling system for optical fiber cables. The efficient gel filling system comprises a gel storage bucket, an electric scale, a foundation, a microcontroller and a servo motor. A second support frame is fixed on a base of a first support frame. A planetary reduction gear and the servo motor are mounted on the outer side of the second support frame. A coupler is mounted between the first support frame and the second support frame. A hydraulic pump is mounted on the outer side of the first support frame, and one end of the hydraulic pump is connected to the bottom of the gel storage bucket through a gel pumping pipe. A gel pool is mounted on a cross rod which is mounted on a support rod. A gel supplying pipe is connected to the upper portion of the gel storage bucket. An electric valve is mounted on the gel supplying pipe. A first valve and a second valve are mounted on the gel pumping pipe and a gel outlet pipe respectively. The microcontroller is connected with the servo motor and the electric valve. Five threshold values including W1, W2, W3, W4 and W5 are arranged in the microcontroller, and W1 corresponds to the weight of gel storage bucket which is empty. The efficient gel filling system for the optical fiber cables has the advantages that gel storage and full automation in gel supply are achieved, the quantity of gel stored in the gel storage bucket can be judged automatically, and automatic gel supplying and stopping in gel supplying can be achieved according to the quantity of the gel.
