The embodiment of the invention provides a method for transmitting differential data, a method for determining GPS positioning data and a device. The method for transmitting the differential data comprises the steps that a control platform acquires differential data corresponding to each terminal according to a preset period; and the acquired differential data is transmitted to the corresponding terminals so as to instruct the corresponding terminals to determine required differential data thereof according to the received differential data and determine final GPS positioning data thereof according to the latest determined differential data and original GPS positioning data thereof when the terminals need to carry out positioning. According to the invention, the control platform keeps data connection with each terminal and transmits the corresponding differential data to each terminal, thereby enabling the terminal to always utilize the latest differential data and the positioning data thereof to determine accurate positioning data when positioning is required, and avoiding a problem that high-accuracy positioning cannot be realized because the terminals cannot acquire the relevant differential data timely due to network reasons when the terminals actively acquire the relevant differential data actively.
