Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of laser marking, and particularly relates to a three-way catalyst honeycomb ceramic permeability detection and laser marking method. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, ranking products sent out from a production outlet orderly on a conveying belt into one column, and conveying into a subsequent permeability detecting device; secondly, detecting the permeability of the products by the permeability detection device, removing defective products, and conveying qualified products continuously into a laser marking link; thirdly, reading codes of the qualified products conveyed by the conveying belt, weighing and marking as required; and fourthly, collecting finished products. According to the invention, the two working procedures of three-way catalyst honeycomb ceramic permeability detection and laser marking are completed by adopting full-automatic streamline operation, so that the labor cost is reduced greatly; in addition, the permeability detection and laser marking and positioning operation carried out by a machine vision technique are more accurate than that by a manual method, the consistency is high, and the success rate of the two working procedures is improved greatly.
