Shaft oil seal device

The invention relates to a shaft oil seal device. The shaft oil seal device comprises an oil pool, an oil pool wall board, a bearing placed in a bearing hole of the oil pool wall board, a shaft, an inner sealing sleeve and an outer sealing sleeve. The shaft is supported on the oil pool wall board through the bearing, and the inner sealing sleeve is tightly sleeved with the bearing on the shaft; the outer sealing sleeve is meshed with the inner sealing sleeve in a hooked and sleeved manner, and a micro gap is reserved between the inner sealing sleeve and the outer sealing sleeve. A front oil returning groove and a rear oil returning groove are formed in the two ends where the inner sealing sleeve and the outer sealing sleeve are hooked in a sleeved manner; and oil returning groove hole leading to the oil pool through the wall board are formed in the position, arranged on the front oil returning groove and the rear oil returning groove, of the lower side of the outer sealing sleeve. The shaft oil seal device has the advantages that the sealing effect is good, the seal device is not provided with motion parts mutually in contact, abrasion is not generated, and the service life is long.
