Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for smelting metal antimony from sodium sulfantimonate. The method comprises the following steps: (1) crystalizing the sodium sulfantimonate for 1-5 hours at 150-200 DEG C, dehydrating, so as to obtain anhydrous sodium sulfantimonate or sodium sulfantimonate crystal with less crystal water, cooling and grinding into powder, so as to obtain anhydrous sodium sulfantimonate powder; and (2) adding iron scrap into the anhydrous sodium sulfantimonate powder, wherein the addition amount of the iron scrap is calculated according to a formula that Fe/Sb equal to 1.34-1.51; evenly mixing, performing high-temperature smelting at the temperature of 950-1050 DEG C, preserving heat for 20-50 minutes, stirring once, taking out and pouring into a die, so as to obtain crude metal antimony and furnace slag. By adopting the method, the crude antimony containing 87%-95% of antimony can be obtained, and the direct recovery rate of antimony is up to 94%. |
