Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a culture medium for producing laccase by fermenting lotus leaf lyophyllum liquid and a method for producing the laccase. The culture medium for producing the laccase mainly contains 12g/L to 28g/L of glucose, 1g/L to 2g/L of casein, 1g/L to 2g/L of a yeast extract, 2g/L to 3.5g/L of MgSO4, 0.0025g/L to 0.004g/L of CuSO4, 2.91g/L to 5.09g/L of KH2PO4, 0.1g/L of vitamin B and 0.012g/L of guaiacol, wherein the pH of the culture medium is 4.86 to 6.58, and the culture medium is prepared by using water. The culture medium for producing the laccase is sterilized for 30min at the temperature of 115 DEG C for later use. The culture medium for producing the laccase, disclosed by the invention, is used for producing the laccase by adopting lotus leaf lyophyllum; in comparison with the existing method for producing the laccase by using edible fungus, the culture medium is high in laccase activity, and the laccase activity is as high as 829830U/L. The method disclosed by the invention is simple in process, controllable in process, free of limitation of external environmental condition and applicable to large-scale industrial fermentation tank cultivation production. The fermentation level of the culture medium disclosed by the invention reaches or surpasses the fermentation level of other edible funguses. |
