Straw hydrolytic acidification treatment device

The invention discloses a straw hydrolytic acidification treatment device which is suitable for the field of hydrolytic acidification treatment before production of methane by using straw. The device comprises a straw hydrolytic acidification tank located in a straw hydrolytic acidification treatment chamber, a water collection tank located outside, and a solar heating device arranged at the top, wherein a heating component is arranged at the bottom of the straw hydrolytic acidification tank, an ultrasonic generation device is arranged at the side part of the straw hydrolytic acidification tank, a charge/discharge door is formed in one side of the straw hydrolytic acidification tank, a water drainage hole communicated with the water collection tank is formed in the bottom of the straw hydrolytic acidification tank, the bottom of the straw hydrolytic acidification tank is arranged in a manner of inclining towards one side of the water collection tank, a spray head is arranged at the top of the straw hydrolytic acidification tank, and the spray head is communicated with the water collection tank through a pipeline and a water circulation pump; the heating component is connected with the solar heating device through a hot water circulation pump and a corresponding pipeline. The device disclosed by the invention is capable of increasing the gas productivity of straw anaerobic fermentation and solving the floating phenomenon of materials in an anaerobic fermentation tank.
