Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a biogasoline additive and its preparation method and application. The invention aims to provide a low-cost biogasoline additive capable of raising isooctane value of gasoline, enhancing anti-detonating quality, reducing pollutant emission, decreasing PM2.5 and improving gasoline combustion efficiency. The biogasoline additive is prepared and applied by the following steps: adding ferment and methyl tert-butyl ether into an alcoholic solvent, heating to 30-40 DEG C, stirring to prepare the biogasoline additive, adding the biogasoline additive which accounts for 0.09-0.5% of the total weight of gasoline into the gasoline, uniformly stirring, and standing at normal temperature for 3-5h for usage.
