The invention discloses a detonator shell position automatic adjusting method and a device thereof. By a detonator shell position transfer device designed with different inclinations, an arrangement mode of detonator shells inside a detonator shell transfer apparatus is transferred to an arrangement mode of a detonator filling die, so as to finish the automatic die arrangement operation of detonator shells. According to the invention, transfer holes with different inclinations are arranged inside the detonator shell position transfer device, and detonator shells pass through the transfer holes and then are adjusted to required self-loading positions. With the structure, volume of detonator arrangement equipment can be greatly reduced, labor intensity of workers and quantity of operating personnel are decreased, and production efficiency is enhanced. The device provided by the invention has a simple and reliable structure, is low-cost and has a good using effect.
