By the arrangement, the power tool holder device has the advantages that the first power source drives the pivot seat to rotate in an indexing manner, the second power sources drives the rotary shaft and the tool to rotate, various-angle machining of various lateral faces of a workpiece can be achieved, diversified machining requirements are satisfied, and equipment cost is lowered.
