Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a zirconium/steel composite board preparation method which includes the steps: firstly, preparing zirconium/titanium bimetal slabs by explosive welding; secondly, pairwise assembling the zirconium/titanium bimetal slabs and then assembling the zirconium/titanium bimetal slabs; thirdly, removing a welding line after rolling to obtain zirconium/titanium bimetal boards; fourthly, leveling shapes and performing corrosive washing and acid pickling; fifthly, welding the zirconium/titanium bimetal boards in a spliced manner; sixthly, performing explosive welding by taking a steel board as a base layer and taking the acid pickled zirconium/titanium bimetal boards or the splice welded zirconium/titanium bimetal boards as composite layers to obtain a zirconium/steel composite board; seventhly, annealing and leveling the zirconium/steel composite board after air cooling to obtain a finished zirconium/steel composite board. The method is simple, reasonable in design, convenient to operate and high in production efficiency, bonding strength, bonding rate and shear strength, the prepared zirconium/steel composite board has excellent machining property, a bending test bonding interface is not layered, original performances of a zirconium board are not changed, and the corrosion resistance and the fatigue resistance of the zirconium board are not reduced. |
