Zusammenfassung:	The embodiment of the invention discloses a recoiling machine. The recoiling machine comprises a soft band sleeve, a soft band area determining device, a band head determining device and a control device. The soft band sleeve is arranged on a core shaft of the recoiling machine and provided with a soft band area. The soft band area determining device is used for determining the position of the soft band area. The band head determining device is used for determining the position of a band head of band steel to be coiled. The control device is connected with the soft band area determining device and the band head determining device and used for controlling the movement state of the core shaft and the movement state of the band steel to be coiled on a guide plate platform of the recoiling machine according to the position, determined by the soft band area determining device, of the soft band area and the position, determined by the band head determining device, of the band head so that the band head can be located in the soft band area when the band steel to be coiled is coiled to the soft band sleeve.
