Servo roll changing device

A servo roll changing device capable of changing rolls rapidly comprises a machine-interior rail, the machine-interior rail is fixedly installed inside a rack, a machine-exterior rail is fixedly installed on a foundation and meanwhile is in butt joint with the machine-interior rail, a servo connector is fixedly connected with the end of a piston rod of a roll changing oil cylinder, a roll changing support is fixed to a roll bearing seat, the servo connector is hinged to a roll changing support through a pin shaft, a servo roll changing trolley is hinged to the servo connector through a hinging hole in a lifting lug, and the servo roll changing trolley falls on a roll changing rail; the servo roll changing trolley moves along with movements of the roll changing oil cylinder and supports the servo connector, and an auxiliary roll changing device pushes out an old roll and replaces the old roll with a new roll. The servo roll changing device has the advantages of being simple and compact in overall structure, reliable in motion and convenient to maintain.
