Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to epoxy zinc rich primer production equipment and a production method. The device comprises a reaction kettle and a main stirrer, wherein two or more than two auxiliary stirrers which are symmetrically arranged are arranged at the included angle of the kettle bottom of the reaction kettle; a zinc powder transfer device is arranged outside the reaction kettle; a conveying outlet of the zinc powder transfer device is positioned above the reaction kettle; and a vibrating screen is arranged below the conveying outlet of the zinc powder transfer device. During production, the transfer speed of the zinc powder transfer device is set to be 5-10m per minute. According to the device disclosed by the invention, the zinc powder is fed by adopting the conveying device, the time and labor are saved, and the phenomenon that the zinc powder agglomerates in the epoxy zinc rich primer processing process is effectively reduced. Moreover, with the adoption of the vibrating screen and the reaction kettle, the main stirrer and the auxiliary stirrers are matched to use, the zinc powder agglomeration phenomenon is further reduced, the overall organic combination is realized, and a high-efficiency comprehensive effect is achieved. In addition, the adding speed of the optimal zinc powder is matched with high-efficiency stirring rate, and the performance of the produced epoxy zinc rich primer is excellent.
