Four-molecular weights hyaluronic acid stock solution and preparation method thereof

The embodiment of the invention discloses a four-molecular weights hyaluronic acid stock solution which comprises, by weight, 60-80% of H2O, 3-5% of glycerin, 3-5% of propylene glycol, 0.1-0.15% of SIG, 3-5% of purslane, 3-5% of glucan, 3-5% of human-like collagen, 0.7-1% of HA (5000-10000Da), 1-1.5% of HA (100000-200000Da), 0.5-0.8% of HA (200000-300000Da) and 0.5-0.7% of HA (600000-700000Da). The invention also discloses a preparation method of the four-molecular weights hyaluronic acid stock solution. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding glycerin and propylene glycol into water, and heating to 75 DEG C; weighing four kinds of HA and adding the HA into glycerin until HA is uniformly dispersed, adding the mixture into hot water of 60 DEG C, stirring at constant speed in vacuum for 30 min; and cooling to 38 DEG C, adding purslane, glucan and human-like collagen, and stirring at constant speed for 10 min. The invention aims to provide a four-molecular weights hyaluronic acid stock solution which has moisturizing, water-locking, whitening, repairing, tightening and anti-wrinkle effects and a preparation method thereof.
