The invention relates to a shoe sole, and provides the shoe sole installed with telescopic ejecting elements and a shoe provided with the shoe sole which not only meet the wearing needs in daily life but also add child interests for children. The shoe sole installed with the telescopic ejecting elements comprises a large sole and a middle sole. Air bags are arranged between the large sole and the middle sole. An air faucet which is used for entering or exiting of air is arranged on each air bag. A telescopic air valve capable of achieving telescopic actions along with the entering or exiting of the air is arranged on each air faucet. Each telescopic air valve is provided with a telescopic executing end. The large sole is provided with piercing holes which are used for piercing of the telescopic executing ends. The tip, piercing out of the corresponding piercing hole, of each telescopic executing end is further provided with a cartoon element.
