The nutrients of various parts of the okra are extracted; and the capsule is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 10%-15% of okra seed powder, 10%-25% of okra pollen, 50%-70% of an okra extract and 5%-15% of an okra root powder. According to the okra capsule provided by the invention, fungi substances and other additives are not added; the medicinal value of various parts of the okra is fully utilized; the okra capsule is free of a side effect; and daily health care is facilitated.
