The solid honey is characterized by being prepared from concentrated honey being 42.6-43.5 in Baume degrees and natural honey, wherein the weight percentage of the concentrated honey is 97.22-77.77 percent; the weight percentage of the natural honey is 2.78-22.23 percent. The invention relates to a preparation method of the food honey, in particular to a preparation method of the solid honey.
