Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an optical emitter assembly which comprises a tube base, a refrigerator, a base plate, an electric absorption modulated laser chip and a tube cap. The tube base comprises a bearing plate and a heat sink which is provided with a connection surface perpendicular to the bearing plate, a heat-dispersing surface is arranged on the connection surface in an attached mode, the base plate is arranged on a cooling surface in an attached mode, the electric absorption modulated laser chip is arranged on the base plate in an attached mode, the sum of the thicknesses of the electric absorption modulated laser chip, the base plate and the refrigerator is equal to the distance between the connection surface and the center axis of the bearing plate, the optical axis of light sent from the electric absorption modulated laser chip and the center axis of the bearing plate are in parallel or overlapped, and the tube cap is used for transmitting emitted light emitted from the electric absorption modulated laser chip. According to the optical emitter assembly, the packaging technology is simple, the heat-dissipation structure is optimized, and the heat-dissipation capacity of the assembly is improved. The invention further provides an assembly method of the optical emitter assembly. |
