Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of electric technologies, in particular to a power module with lifted stacked structures. The power module comprises a radiator, a support capacitor, a driving board, a plurality of IGBT (insulated gate bipolar transistor) tubes, other circuit devices, composite busbars, an insulating shielding support plate and a power module frame. The power module frame is fixed to the lower side of a bottom plate of the radiator. Compared with power modules with other existing structures, the power module with the lifted stacked structures has the advantages that the support capacitor is mounted on the lower side of the power module, so that the distances from main circuits to the support capacitor can be effectively shortened, and direct-current bus filter effects of the support capacitor can be improved; the support capacitor and the power module are of separable structures, so that the total weight of the power module can be reduced, and the power module is convenient to mount and maintain; electromagnetic interference between different voltages can be effectively reduced by the structures of the composite busbars, accordingly, the requirement on low inductance can be met, and the support capacitor can be conveniently and quickly connected with the other circuit devices. |
