The invention provides a laser pulse modulation device. The laser pulse modulation device comprises a first laser source, a second laser source and a polarizing beam splitter. The first laser source is used for generating a first linearly polarized pulse laser with the vibration direction parallel to the propagation direction. The second laser source is used for generating a second linearly polarized pulse laser with the vibration direction parallel to the propagation direction. The polarizing beam splitter is used for overlapping the first linearly polarized pulse laser and the second linearly polarized pulse laser so that a first integrated pulse laser can be formed. According to the laser pulse modulation device, the integrated laser pulse with the appropriate power and the appropriate pulse width is formed through the double laser sources, the modulability in the laser annealing process is improved, and the working allowance in the process is increased.
