Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of displaying, in particular to an array substrate and a manufacturing method and display device thereof. The array substrate comprises a substrate body, a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer are arranged on the substrate body, an electrode insulation layer is arranged between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer, a groove is formed in the electrode insulation layer and located in the side, close to the second electrode layer, of the first electrode layer, a shielding layer capable of shielding a coupling capacitor between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer is arranged in the groove, and the shielding layer is insulated from the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer and connected to the ground. The array substrate solves the technical problem that coupling voltage between two electrodes cannot be effectively avoided and can be applied to a thin film transistor liquid crystal display.
