A first cylinder is fixedly arranged in the cabinet. A rectangular block is fixedly connected with the front end of a first telescopic rod of the first cylinder. Each of the four corners of the rectangular block is fixedly provided with a roller with a gear. Chains are rotatably arranged on the four rollers in a sleeving mode and fixedly connected with a belt in a fastened mode. Multiple clamping grooves are formed in the outer surface of the belt, and a fingerprint device is arranged on the cabinet. The fingerprint device, the comparer, the memorizer, the control end of the main card reader, the control end of the first cylinder and the control end of a first stepping motor are electrically connected with the controller.
