Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an automatic card discharging system for solving a card reader retain card problem and an implementation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of ATMs needing card insertion. According to the system and the implement method of the system, a user can conveniently and quickly get back the retained card through the ATM and fingerprint information or card number information. The system comprises a cabinet, a main card reader, a controller, a comparer and a memorizer, wherein the main card reader, the controller, the comparer and the memorizer are fixed to the cabinet. A first cylinder is fixedly arranged in the cabinet. A rectangular block is fixedly connected with the front end of a first telescopic rod of the first cylinder. Each of the four corners of the rectangular block is fixedly provided with a roller with a gear. Chains are rotatably arranged on the four rollers in a sleeving mode and fixedly connected with a belt in a fastened mode. Multiple clamping grooves are formed in the outer surface of the belt, and a fingerprint device is arranged on the cabinet. The fingerprint device, the comparer, the memorizer, the control end of the main card reader, the control end of the first cylinder and the control end of a first stepping motor are electrically connected with the controller.
