By the adoption of the method for acquiring the PET crystal position lookup table, the PET crystal position lookup table can be automatically generated, time and manpower for manually generating the crystal position lookup table are greatly reduced, the crystal position lookup table is convenient and quick to update, the scheme is high in robustness, and the speed and accuracy are high.
