Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a piece of tinplate quality detection equipment, and particularly relates to a full-automatic tinplate quality detection instrument. A full-automatic tinplate oiling amount detection instrument based on a Wilhelmy plate method comprises a sample basket which is connected with a sample conveying device. The sample conveying device is connected with an oiling amount detection device. The oiling amount detection device is connected with a terminal computer device. The terminal computer device controls the sample conveying device through a PLC. The oiling amount detection device comprises a hot water source, and a test platform with a Langmuir trough. A sliding barrier is arranged on the test platform, and a mold pressure detection meter with a suspension piece is arranged at one end of the test platform. The detection instrument can be operated without people, the detection efficiency can be greatly improved, and human error caused by operators can be eliminated. |
