Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a multichannel acoustic emission monitoring system comprising a sensor, a signal acquisition circuit, software and an industrial control host computer. The multichannel acoustic emission monitoring system is characterized in that an interface of the sensor is connected with a main control board of the signal acquisition circuit; the signal acquisition circuit is mainly composed of the main control board, a signal conditioning and acquiring unit, an uninterrupted power supply and a protection circuit; the industrial control host computer provides a network RJ45 interface and a serial port and is provided with a large capacity storage hard disk; the software is composed of assorted data acquisition software and analysis software and is installed on the industrial control host computer. The multichannel acoustic emission monitoring system has the technical characteristics that 1. FPGA technology, high speed AD, FIFO second level cache and parallel data acquisition are adopted, and a TCP/IP network is used for transmitting data; 2. a bus structure is adopted, and a signal acquisition board is inserted on a main board through a slot, so that the size is small, the cable connection is few, the signal to noise ratio is high, and the function expansion is convenient; 3. the system is provided with instrument software and the analysis software, thereby being capable of acquiring, displaying and storing the data in real time and accurately positioning an acoustic emission source.
