The pipeline fixing device and the air conditioner have the advantages that a fixing surface of a support body of the pipeline fixing device in the air conditioner is provided with multiple folded edges, so that two or more pipelines with different heights can be fixed by the aid of the fixing surface, the pipeline fixing device which is a pipeline radiating device in the air conditioner is simple in structure and convenient to operate, the parallel pipelines with small height difference can be simultaneously fixed by the aid of the pipeline fixing device, and the pipeline fixing reliability can be guaranteed, and the performance of the air conditioner can be improved.
