An embodiment of the invention discloses an intelligent air-conditioner control method, an intelligent air-conditioner control device and an indoor unit. The method includes receiving a set temperature remotely controlled by a user; receiving an outdoor environment temperature detected by an outdoor unit; calculating an initial set temperature according to the environment temperature and the remotely-controlled set temperature by a preset algorithm; sending a command of controlling the outdoor unit to operate according to the initial set temperature to the outdoor unit; detecting whether or not a person enters a room, and if yes, starting timing; when the preset time is due, sending a command of controlling the outdoor unit to operate according to the remotely-controlled set temperature to the outdoor unit. The intelligent air-conditioner control method, the intelligent air-conditioner control device and the indoor unit have the advantages that indoor and outdoor temperature differences in absence of the user and in the initial stage of entering the room can be adjusted intelligently, and energy sources can be saved.
