The invention provides a safety lock and automatic equipment with the same. The safety lock comprises a wedge-shaped lock and an elastic assembly. The wedge-shaped lock is provided with a clamping surface and a fit sliding surface, the clamping surface extends along a first direction, the fit sliding surface is connected with the clamping surface and is obliquely arranged relative to the first direction, and the wedge-shaped lock has a locking position and an unlocking position; the elastic assembly is connected with the wedge-shaped lock and is in a compression state under normal conditions, so that the wedge-shaped lock can be located at the locking position under the normal conditions. The safety lock and the automatic equipment have the advantages that the safety lock is provided with the clamping surface and the fit sliding surface, the wedge-shaped lock is located at the locking position by the aid of the elastic assembly under the normal conditions, accordingly, the safety lock can be unidirectionally locked in a direction perpendicular to the clamping surface, limited assemblies can be guaranteed against naturally falling due to emergent gas failure and power failure in fixture replacement and maintenance procedures for the automatic equipment, and the purposes of improving the safety for staffs in work procedures and reducing the damage probability of tools or the equipment can be achieved.
