Digital pilot-operated cartridge overflow valve

The invention relates to a digital pilot-operated cartridge overflow valve. The digital pilot-operated cartridge overflow valve comprises a communication interface which is installed on a display screen, and the display screen is fixed on a controller through a slot; the controller is connected with a D/A module through the slot, and the D/A module is connected with a proportional amplifier through a wire; the amplifier is fixed on an electromagnet through an inserting row, the electromagnet directly makes contact with a pilot-operated valve element spring, and an oil blocking seal ring is installed between the amplifier and the electromagnet; the controller, the D/A module, the proportional amplifier and the electromagnet are installed on an upper sleeve, and an O-shaped ring is installed on the upper sleeve. According to the digital pilot-operated cartridge overflow valve, the overflow pressure is set through a digital keyboard to enable the set overflow to be more accurate and safer; the overflow pressure is set through remote programming, a user can adjust the overflow pressure at any time according to the actual condition where a hydraulic circuit is located, therefore, the system design and use are more flexible, and the problem that once the overflow pressure is set, discretionary adjustment can not be perform is solved.
