Apparatus for evaluating cementing strength of cement sheath

An apparatus for evaluating cementing strength of a cement sheath mainly comprises a cover (1) integrated to an electronic control stirrer, a maintenance cover (7) for use with a thermocouple, a kettle body (2), a rock core (4), a drilling fluid storage tank (29), a flushing fluid storage tank (35) and a pipeline system. The apparatus is characterized in that the kettle body (1) is connected with the cover (1 or 7) in a threaded manner and is systematically connected with the drilling fluid storage tank (29), the flushing fluid storage tank (35), a nitrogen source (11), an air source (12) and a water source (13) through a pipeline and a valve system. Compared with the existing typical apparatus for measuring cementing strength, the apparatus has the advantages that by simulating the formation and flushing process of the mud cake on the wall of a formation core or artificial core and simulating simultaneous cementing of set cement and two interfaces during evaluation of cementing performance, actual situations of a site are better met, and references are provided for the determination of reasonable site construction schemes.
