Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of sewing machines, in particular to a synchronous rotation mechanism of a sewing machine shuttle carrier. The synchronous rotation mechanism comprises a shuttle carrier seat, a rotating shuttle component and a thread cutting component are assembled on the shuttle carrier seat and are driven by a lower shaft motor, and the shuttle carrier seat and the lower shaft motor are mounted on a DD motor together through rigid connection; the shuttle carrier seat is provided with a mounting plate which is adaptive to being mounted on the DD motor in a surface-mounted mode, and the lower shaft motor is arranged on the mounting plate. The whole set of device is directly mounted on the superhigh-precision DD motor through rigid connection and is driven in a direct-driving mode, the number of machined parts and cost of part machining are reduced, the weight of the whole set of device is reduced, inertia is lowered, all precision is controlled and guaranteed through an encoder, and the actual production application effect is better achieved; synchronous rotation is achieved through matching of the shuttle carrier synchronous rotation mechanism and a needle bar synchronous rotation mechanism, the sewing direction of a sewing needle is kept consistent with a set sewing stitch all the time, and therefore the stitch obtained through sewing has the advantages of being tight, orderly, even and the like. |
