Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a low-energy-consumption horizontal copper electrolysis device and an electrolysis process thereof. The low-energy-consumption horizontal copper electrolysis device comprises an electrolytic bath, an anode plate and a cathode plate disposed in the electrolytic bath, one end of the electrolytic bath is provided with a liquid inlet, and the other end of the electrolytic bath is provided with a liquid outlet. A guide plate is vertically mounted at the liquid inlet end in the electrolytic bath and constitutes an end groove wall of the electrolytic bath to form a guide groove, the guide plate is provided with a plurality of horizontal guide holes, the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet of the electrolytic bath are connected with a liquid storage groove and a circulating pump via a pipeline to form a circulating loop, the anode plate is obtained by sintering titanium dioxide, stannic oxide and diiridium trioxide mixture on the surface of a titanium plate, and the cathode plate is obtained by coating copper on the surface of a stainless steel plate. By the low-energy-consumption horizontal copper electrolysis device, inflow uniformity of electrolyte is effectively improved as well as liquidity of electrolyte, concentration difference polarization of electrolyte is reduced, conductivity of the electrode plate is greatly improved, production efficiency of electrolysis and quality of electrolysis products are improved and energy consumption is greatly reduced.
