The grain oriented electrical steel sheet is composed of 2.0-4.5% by weight of Si, 0.005-0.040% by weight of Al, less than or equal to 0.20% (not including 0%) by weight of Mn, 0.04-0.08% by weight of C, 0.0010-0.006% by weight of N, 0.0010-0.006% by weight of S, 0.03-0.09% by weight of Sn, 0.01-0.05% by weight of Sb, 0.01-0.05% by weight of P, and the remainder Fe and other impurities, wherein area fraction of coarse grain larger than 40 [mu]m is less than or equal to 30%, and average particle size (Ra) of primary recrystallization grain is in a specific range.
